CCROA is a member-owned corporation that holds legal title to the Corbett buildings and property. It is managed by a member-elected Board of Directors (all of whom are fellow Members). The property is managed by a third party management services company.
CCROA pays for all maintenance and operating costs wich are funded annually by owners through a fee assessment. The annual assessment includes a contribution to the Capital Reserve Account which is used for major repairs and replacement of equipment.
