Corbett Cove Rental Information

  • GENERAL

    • Check Out is 11:00am on Sunday. Check in is 4:00pm on Sunday. Late departures will be charged.

  • DAMAGE DEPOSIT

    • A damage deposit is taken by the owner of the unit.
    • Damage deposit amounts are variable; based on dates/season reserved.  Deposits are returned after cleaning & inspection is completed. (typical is 4 - 7 days after departure)
    • Use of candles in any building or outdoor deck is not permitted.
    • Corbett Cove is a smoke-free property. NO tobacco or marijuana smoking or vaping indoors or on the decks of the villas. Extra charges will be issued if smoke odours are detected.
    • Discolouration of towels or bed linens due to washing or an accident will be assessed with a damage charge.
    • Breakage of interior furnishings, indoor/outdoor equipment will be assessed with damage charges.

  • PETS

    • Pets are allowed only in designated Pet-friendly Units (#s 1, 3, 4, 5, 9, 10).  No pets are allowed in other Units (#s 2, 6, 7, 8) at any time. 
    • There is a limit of 2 pets in a Pet-friendly Unit.
    • Pets are to be on a leash and under control at all times while in the common areas, beach, dock area and lawn.
    • You must bring your own coverings/blankets to cover fabric furnishings such as sofas, chairs to prevent pet hair transfer to the furniture.
    • Pets are not permitted on any beds. Extra fees will be charged if necessary.
    • Any interior damage caused by pets will be billed.

  • RATES

    • Rental rates weekly or daily are set by each owner.
    • Cancellation  policy is decided by the each owner.

  • PROPERTY

    • The dock and gazebo areas are closed to all persons or for docking until further notice.  Boats are not permitted in the swimming area at any time.
    • The property and the waterfront is monitored daily by Management.
    • Personal watercraft such as jet skis are not permitted on or near the Corbett Cove beach or parked at  the dock.
    • ATV’s, snowmobiles and off road vehicles are permitted on the parking lot only for purposes of access to and egress from the Property.
    • Outdoor lawn tents or camp trailers are not permitted on site.
    • Bonfires or fireworks are not permitted on site or at the waterfront.

  • AMENTITES

    • Unlimited high speed internet
    • 9 ft ceilings
    • All season Muskoka room overlooking the lake
    • 2 gas fireplaces
    • Pull out sofa-beds in the den and great room
    • Towels and all linens are provided
    • Two DVD-equipped satellite TV systems
    • Outdoor gas BBQ
    • Modern kitchen appliances
    • Washer/dryer
