IMPORTANT FOR SUMMER 2024: You are reminded that the Corbett Cove dock area is a construction area and is strictly off limits until further notice. It unsafe and prohibited under the Rules for anyone to be in these areas, it also poses an unnecessary financial risk to the Association and all Owners. Owners will be notified at such time that the walk way and gazebo will be accessible.

Please note: Owners are responsible for their guests and other occupants of their Unit, including renters. Violation of the Rule may result in Owners being fined, or in loss of future occupancy rights.
